NOVELTY - Producing graphite heat dissipation sheet, comprises forming a coating layer on the surface of graphite by electrostatic spray coating a powder coating on surface of graphite sheet; fixing lower protective sheet to the lower end of lamination machine; laminating graphite sheet on the lower protective sheet; adding a cushioning material to the four peripheral surfaces of graphite sheet; manufacturing a laminate by laminating an upper protective sheet on graphite sheet; laminating by passing laminate through a laminating roller, where powder coating contains 30-40 wt.% ortho cresol novolac epoxy resin having a softening point of 70-90° C, 80-90 pts. wt. epoxy resin containing 60-70 wt.% bisphenol A-type epoxy resin having a softening point of 110-120° C, 10-30 pts. wt. polyester resin containing carboxy group at terminal, 0.1-5 pts. wt. curing accelerator and 20-30 pts. wt. layered clay mineral, the curing accelerator is 2-methyl imidazole, and the layered clay mineral is halloysite. USE - The graphite heat dissipation sheet is useful for display panel. ADVANTAGE - The method prevents dust or scattering from the graphite while securing mechanical properties; is suitable for mass production, and economical; improves heat resistance of the product; and enables formation of coating layer on the graphite surface by a non-contact coating method using a powder coating on the surface of the graphite sheet.
