NOVELTY - The device has a copper foil transporting device connected with a spraying device main body for conveying a copper foil material to the spraying device main body. An exhaust filter device is connected with the spraying device main body for spraying, filtering and removing redundant powder in a spraying cavity. The exhaust filter device and a graphene feeding device are interconnected to form a closed-loop powder recycling system. The closed-loop powder recycling system recycles powder in the exhaust filter device to convey to the graphene feeding device and a spraying device main body. USE - Graphene automatic spraying device. ADVANTAGE - The device uniformly sprays graphene powder to a surface of a copper foil, improves heat conducting parameter of a heat conducting film, and reduces electric energy consumption and occupied area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene automatic spraying method.
