NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene oxide films in batches, involves (a) processing graphene oxide slurry with integrated vacuum stirring and shearing equipment to obtain uniform bubble-free graphene oxide slurry, (b) coating the uniform and bubble-free graphene oxide slurry and filming by a coating heating device, and (c) separating the dried graphene oxide film from the base film. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene oxide films in batches. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the performance, reduces the cost, controls the thickness, improves the film forming properties, improves the surface flatness, and ensures excellent performance, high output and high product yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene oxide film, which is prepared by a batch method for preparing graphene oxide films.
