NOVELTY - A particles comprises graphene oxide and/or graphite oxide and cellulose. USE - Particles is used in solid-state composition for extracting nucleic acid (all claimed) in biochemistry, medical treatment, foodstuff, criminal investigation, university, company, research institution. ADVANTAGE - The recyclable nucleic acid extracted using particles have excellent working and extraction efficiency, and is manufactured by economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) solid-state composition, which comprises graphene oxide and/or graphite oxide and cellulose; and (2) extraction of nucleic acid, which involves mixing solution containing nucleic acid in either particles or composition, mixing nucleic acid eluting buffer with the particles or composition in which the nucleic acid is adsorbed, and separating the nucleic acid adsorbed to the particles or composition.
