NOVELTY - Composition for extrusion and deposition by a three-dimensional (3D) printer, comprises thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), particulate matter having particles in the range of 5 nm-10 microm in diameter, and a solvent. USE - Composition for three dimension (3D) printing micro-scale structure such as multi wall plate devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition improves efficiency and accuracy of drug development, reduces cost, improves the predictive power of current preclinical and clinical evaluation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) use of the composition for three dimension (3D) printing a micro-scale structure; and (2) an apparatus for cultivation of cells which comprises substrate and a micro-scale structure that is extruded and deposited on the substrate using a 3D printing process, where the composition is 3D printed on the substrate to create the micro-scale structure.
