▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing diisocyanate linked oxyhydroxide surface oxidized graphene flame retardant comprises e.g. providing graphene oxide, polar inert solvent, diphenylmethane diisocyanate and inorganic hydroxide, catalyst triethylenediamine, anhydrous toluene, ultrasonic dispersing polar inert solvent to obtain mixture, adding diphenylmethane diisocyanate with mixed system, heating, ultrasonic dispersing, using catalyst triethylenediamine, dropping in mixture, taking the solution with acetone washing, centrifuging, repeating operation, carrying out heat preservation, placing in vacuum drying box. USE - The method is useful for preparing diisocyanate linked oxyhydroxide surface oxidized graphene flame retardant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant is environmentally friendly, does not contain halogen element, can activate the isolation of oxygen in combustion process, releases the crystal water, avoids flame to suffocate, can reduce heat conductivity of substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing diisocyanate linked oxyhydroxide surface oxidized graphene flame retardant comprises (i) providing 100 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 50-200 pts. wt. polar inert solvent, 1000-3000 pts. wt. diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 200-500 pts. wt. inorganic hydroxide, 5-10 pts. wt. catalyst triethylenediamine, 200-400 pts. wt. anhydrous toluene, (ii) ultrasonic dispersing polar inert solvent for 30-60 minutes to obtain mixture, adding diphenylmethane diisocyanate with mixed system, heating to 40-60 degrees C, ultrasonic dispersing for 30-60 minutes, using catalyst triethylenediamine, dropping in mixture, taking the solution with acetone washing, centrifuging, repeating operation for 3-5 times at 40-60 degrees , carrying out heat preservation for 24-48 hours, placing in vacuum drying box, drying product at room temperature to obtain the first product, and (iii) using inorganic hydroxide after drying and step (ii) obtained first product, adding with anhydrous toluene and stirring to mix for 30-60 minutes, heating to 70-90 degrees C, reacting for 50-100 minutes, after reacting complete, naturally cooling, suction filtration, washing, and vacuum drying.
