NOVELTY - The method for preparation of graphene by introducing liquid carbon dioxide, involves adding graphite powder, quartz sand and organic solvent in autoclave, stirring, discharging air after sealing and flushing carbon dioxide for several times, preheating, filling carbon dioxide via pipeline, stirring mechanically, carrying out centrifugal separation of concentrated graphene solution, removing non stripped graphite powder and quartz sand, vacuum filtering and vacuum drying the remaining solution to obtain graphene. USE - Method for preparation of graphene by introducing liquid carbon dioxide, used for nano technology application. ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of graphene having improved stripping efficiency and simplified subsequent process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparation of graphene by introducing liquid carbon dioxide, involves adding 0.1-2 L graphite powder, 10-80 parts mass quartz sand and organic solvent in autoclave, stirring using paddle stirring blade, discharging air after sealing and flushing carbon dioxide for several times, preheating at 30-60 degrees C, filling carbon dioxide via pipeline at 3-8 MPa, stirring mechanically at 1000-4000 rpm for 2-6 hours, carrying out centrifugal separation of concentrated graphene solution at 400-800 rpm in autoclave, removing non stripped graphite powder and quartz sand, vacuum filtering and vacuum drying the remaining solution to obtain graphene. The organic solvent is 10-20% of effective volume of the autoclave, The initial concentration of graphite powder in organic solvent is 2.5-50 mg/mL.
