▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene composite material comprises polyvinylidene fluoride as base material, and graphite (0.05-5 mass%) as filling material preparation. USE - Polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high dielectric constant, low frequency at 100 Hz. The method has simple operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the composite material which comprises dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonic dispersing for 2-6 hours, adding reducing agent, and reacting for 12-48 hours at 10-60 degrees C, and filtering; removing unreacted reducing agent for washing, vacuum drying to constant weight to obtain graphene; adding N,N-dimethyl acetamide to graphene, ultrasonic dispersing for 2-6 hours to obtain graphene suspension; taking polyvinylidene fluoride and adding with N,N-dimethyl acetamide to prepare polyvinylidene fluoride solution; putting graphene suspension into polyvinylidene fluoride solution, blending to obtain mixed solution, and ultrasonically dispersing for 2-4 hours; treating mixture solution for 12-36 hours at 40-70 degrees C, drying to constant weight at 80 degrees C under vacuum to obtain blend of cut sheet; and stacking sheet to tablet at 190-210 degrees C and 10-15 MPa for 15-25 minutes to obtain polyvinylidene fluoride/graphene composite material.
