▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Screen printed electrode (160) comprises: a working electrode; an auxiliary electrode; and a reference electrode, where surface (150) of screen printed electrode is modified with graphene/polyaniline (GP/PANI) nanocomposites and further immobilized with a primary antibody (140) for detecting protein biomarkers of interest by adapting a secondary antibody (120). The screen printed electrode is activated using 0.5 M sulfuric acid. The GP/PANI nanocomposites solution is prepared by diluting the 1 mg GP/PANI nanocomposites in 2% (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane. USE - The screen printed electrode is useful as a screen printed gold electrode in electrochemical biosensor for detecting a biomarker of an infectious disease (all claimed) e.g. Mycobacterium tuberculosis. ADVANTAGE - The screen printed electrode provides: more efficient and noninvasive diagnostic device for rapid detection of infectious diseases at early stage; disposable and economical diagnostic device that only requires low sample volume for detection of infectious disease; diagnostic device that integrates electrochemical and immune-based biosensor to achieve higher sensitivity and specificity in the detection of infectious diseases; and simple and convenient method to accurately detect a specific biomarker. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: producing the screen printed electrode; and an electrochemical biosensor (100) for detecting a biomarker of an infectious disease using the screen printed electrode. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure illustrates schematic diagram of biosensor for biomarker detection. 100Electrochemical biosensor 120Secondary antibody 130Surface 140Primary antibody 160Screen printed electrode
