NOVELTY - Film composition comprises micro-porous ceramic layer, graphene oxide layer and silicon dioxide gas phase layer. The micro-porous ceramic layer is obtained preferably solidifying ceramic slurry. The ceramic slurry comprises ceramic powder, calcined fish bone meal, calcined crab shell powder, halloysite nanotube powder, alumina powder, tetraethyl orthosilicate, butyl titanate, polyimide resin, N-methylperfluorobutanesulfonamido ethyl acrylate, phenyltrimethoxysilane, N-methylpyrrolidone and water. USE - The film composition is useful for desalting seawater contaminated by industrial pollution (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film composition has excellent dirt resistance, and is not easy to block and has longer shelf life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Film composition comprises micro-porous ceramic layer, graphene oxide layer and silicon dioxide gas phase layer. The micro-porous ceramic layer is obtained preferably solidifying ceramic slurry. The ceramic slurry comprises 20-40 pts. wt. ceramic powder, 10-20 pts. wt. calcined fish bone meal, 10-20 pts. wt. calcined crab shell powder, 10-20 pts. wt. halloysite nanotube powder, 10-20 pts. wt. alumina powder, 90-110 pts. wt. tetraethyl orthosilicate, 20-30 pts. wt. butyl titanate, 50-70 pts. wt. polyimide resin, 5-15 pts. wt. N-methylperfluorobutanesulfonamido ethyl acrylate, 40-50 pts. wt. phenyltrimethoxysilane, 40-50 pts. wt. N-methylpyrrolidone and 10-20 pts. wt. water. The average pore size of microporous ceramic layer is 5-20 mu , graphene oxide layer is 1-5 nm and silicon dioxide gas phase layer is more than 20 mu . An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of preparing film composition, which involves (a) preparing ceramic slurry, coating ceramic slurry on a smooth substrate, drying, rolling and solidifying to obtain micro-porous ceramic layer, and peeling micro-porous ceramic layer from the substrate, (b) preparing graphene oxide solution, and spraying graphene oxide solution on the surface of the microporous ceramic layer, then performing vacuum suction filtration to obtain graphene oxide layer and (c) preparing silicon dioxide gas-phase coating, and coating silicon dioxide gas-phase coating on the surface of the graphene oxide layer, leaving still and aging and drying.
