NOVELTY - Conductive yarn comprises 20-30 wt.% conductive fiber, 50-60 wt.% synthetic fiber, and cotton fiber (remaining amount). The preparation of conductive fiber filament comprises (a) mixing the modified graphene oxide, conductive additives, polypropylene chips, and high-density polyethylene chips in a mass ratio of 15-20:3-5:80-100:20-30 for 1-2 hours, extruding and granulating to obtain composite pellets; (b) drying the composite pellets at 80-100℃ for 12 hours, spinning by a melt spinning machine, drying, drawing by a drafting roller, and winding. USE - The conductive yarn is useful for manufacturing textile product. ADVANTAGE - The conductive yarn has high conductivity and excellent durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing conductive yarn, comprising spinning conductive fibers, synthetic fibers and cotton fibers, where the twist direction is S type twist or Z type twist, and spraying a layer of insulating paint.
