▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The power connecting plate has a power connecting plate main unit prepared by adding graphene oxide into solvent for ultrasonically dispersing to form oxidized graphene suspension. A surface of the power connecting plate main unit is sprayed with polyvinyl ethanol solution added mixed solution. The oxidized graphene suspension is directly sprayed on a surface of a graphene oxide layer to form a graphene layer after drying at room temperature. The plate main unit is soaked in ethanol solution and dried in a vacuum drying box to obtain composite graphene power connecting sheet. USE - Graphene-based surface composite power connecting plate e.g. aluminum plate or copper plate (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The power connecting plate uses the composite copper plate and the aluminum plate with different graphene layers and graphene oxide layers so as to increase bonding force between the graphene layers and the copper and aluminum plates, thus increasing anti-stripping performance, material conductive efficiency and abrasion resistance performance of the power connecting plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The power connecting plate main unit is formed as an aluminum plate unit or copper plate unit.
