▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing supported porous nano platinum catalyst involves adding platinum precursor, template agent, and reducing agent to deionized water, stirring at 25-50 degrees C or ultrasonic for 1-24 hours, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain porous nano-platinum particles, where the molar ratio of the platinum precursor, template agent, and reducing agent is 1:10-200:1000-50,000, dispersing the porous nano platinum particles obtained in deionized water, stirring at 25-50 degrees C or ultrasonic for 10-120 minutes to disperse, then adding carrier, stirring for 2-24 hours, then centrifuging and drying. The mass ratio of the porous nano platinum particles to the carrier is 0.1-5.0%. The sample obtained after drying is calcined at 50-1000 degrees C in nitrigen or hydrogen or air atmosphere for 1-24 hours to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing supported porous nano platinum catalyst used in hydrogenation of toluene to prepare cyclohexane, or to the hydrogenation of terephthalonitrile to prepare p-xylylenediamine, or hydrogenation of isophthalonitrile to prepare metaxylylenediamine, or the hydrogenation of phthalonitrile to prepare o-xylylenediamine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method catalyzes hydrogenation reaction under mild reaction condition.
