▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Surface modification of carbon fiber by plasma treatment and coating of nano graphene involves preparing sol solution by mixing organic solvent or water and nano graphene, coating the sol solution on surface of carbon fiber, drying, placing nano graphene-coated carbon fiber on a plasma device in open environment, and spraying plasma to surface of nano graphene-coated carbon fiber for surface modification for 10-900 seconds with power of 100-1000 W. The content of nano graphene in the sol solution is 0.5-10 %mass. USE - Surface modification of carbon fiber used for composite material. ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber is economically surface-modified by the simple method, with reduced impact on environmental. The surface-modified carbon fiber has improved mechanical property, conductivity and heat resistance.
