▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing complex nanoparticles with photoacoustic visualization and photothermal therapy functions comprises (i) (a) respectively using 3-5 pts. wt. copper chloride, 1-3 pts. wt. copper sulfide and deionized water to prepare copper chloride solution and sodium sulfide solution, uniformly mixing configured solutions, adding 6-10 pts. wt. hyaluronic acid (HA) to the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, and adding 1-2 pts. wt. trisodium citrate and 3-5 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate to obtain a mixed solution, (b) completely stirring the mixed solution, heating at 70-80 degrees C and carrying out reaction for 10-20 minutes, (c) finishing reaction, cooling the mixed solution at room temperature, transferring the cooled mixture to a centrifuge, centrifuging at 10000-12000 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes, and removing the supernatant, and (d) re-suspending the above precipitate in Milli Q water, and centrifuging to clean the precipitate to obtain HA-copper(II) sulfide nanoparticles. USE - The method is useful for preparing complex nanoparticles with photoacoustic visualization and photothermal therapy functions. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, and environmental friendly; and can popularizes and uses. The nanoparticles: is conducive to practical application; has excellent biocompatibility, significant light-to-heat conversion efficiency and excellent light stability, etc.; and realizes biological sensing and tumor diagnosis and treatment multi-function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a complex nanoparticles with photoacoustic visualization and photothermal therapy functions prepared by above mentioned method.
