NOVELTY - Reconfigurable ultra-widebandultra-surface unit has a first medium substrate (1) with a graphene patch (6) printed on an upper surface, a first vanadium dioxide annular patch printed on a lower surface, a second medium substrate (2) with a second vanadium dioxide annular patch printed on lower surface, a third medium substrate (3) with a third vanadium dioxide annular patch printed on lower surface and a fourth medium substrate (4) with a fourth vanadium dioxide annular patch printed on lower surface. An I-shaped graphene patch in the intersecting graphene patch forms a high frequency band polarization conversion resonance and a strip graphene patch forms a low frequency band line-circular polarization conversion resonance. A large-sized resonant ring adjusts the low-frequency absorbing resonance point, and a small-sized resonant ring adjusts the high-level wave-absorbing resonance point to realize the ultra-widebandwave-absorbing characteristics of the ultra-surface. USE - Reconfigurable ultra-wideband ultra-surface unit with dual functions of wave absorption and polarization conversion for terahertz wave absorption and terahertz communication. ADVANTAGE - The reconfigurable ultra-wideband ultra-surface unit solves the technical problem of narrow bandwidth in existing technology, utilizes the large-sized resonant ring to adjust the low-frequency absorbing resonance point, and utilizes the small-sized resonant ring to adjust the high-level wave-absorbing resonance point to realize the ultra-wideband wave-absorbing characteristics of the ultra-surface, forms the high frequency section line-circular polarization conversion resonance by the transverse I-shaped graphene patch in the mutually crossed graphene patch, thus realizing the ultra-wideband strip line circular polarization conversion characteristics through the four vanadium dioxide annular patches laminated with each other.
