NOVELTY - Strong and tough polypropylene film, comprises 110-140 pts. wt. polypropylene, 70-93 pts. wt. polyimide, 8-16 pts. wt. lignin, 22-31 pts. wt. Calcium oxide, 35-46 pts. wt. polydipropyl terephthalate, 10-18 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 1-7 pts. wt. isophthalic acid, 8-13 pts. wt. dicyclopentadiene, 1-5 pts. wt. styrene, 22-31 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 7-13 pts. wt. cyclodextrin, 5-7 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 200-350 pts. wt. deionized water, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, and 1-2 pts. wt. lubricant. USE - Used as strong and tough polypropylene film. ADVANTAGE - The film can be degraded by the environment, has good environmental stress crack resistance, greatly increasing the working environment of the polypropylene film; and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing polypropylene film comprising (i) mixing and heating the lignin and the calcium oxide of the corresponding parts, heating and stirring, adding to the corresponding parts of the deionized water to obtain mixture A; (ii) adding corresponding polypropylene, the calcium stearate, the cyclodextrin, the acrylic acid and the graphene for heating and stirring to obtain the mixture B; (iii) subjectting mixture A of the corresponding parts, the mixture B, the polyimide, the poly (trimethylene terephthalate), the propylene diester, the isophthalic acid, the dicyclopentadiene, the styrene, the dispersant and the lubricant for high temperature melting and mixing, finishing mixing, double screw extruding to obtain mixture C; and (iv) pressing the mixed C, stretching to obtain the strong toughness polypropylene film.
