NOVELTY - A photovoltaic backplane waterproof adhesive comprises 20-30 pts. wt. environmentally-friendly thickening additive, 80-100 pts. wt. compound resin, 10-20 pts. wt. water-resistant additive, 8-14 pts. wt. tackifier, 2-4 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. curing agent, 7-9 pts. wt. nano-additives, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. antioxidant, 1-2 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.8-1 pt. wt. early-strengthening agent and 20-30 pts. wt. isopropanol. USE - Photovoltaic backplane waterproof adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The photovoltaic backplane waterproof adhesive has high strength, heat resistance, excellent mechanical properties, high bonding performance, excellent oxidation resistance and weather resistance, excellent adhesion and flexibility after curing, and is prepared by simple and convenient process with low material cost and easily available raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of photovoltaic backplane waterproof adhesive, which involves (S1) weighing the raw materials, (S2) mixing graphene, nano-additive and coupling agent in mixer, heating at 70-80 degrees C and stirring at 250-350 rpm for 15-25 minutes to obtain mixture (A), (S3) adding compound resin, tackifier, water-resistant additive and isopropanol to mixer, stirring at 400-500 rpm for 10-20 minutes, heating at 50-60 degrees C, adding mixture (A) and dispersant, and continuously stirring for 15-25 minutes to prepare mixture (B), (S4) adding mixture (B), antioxidant, stabilizer, environmentally-friendly thickening additive, early-strengthening agent and curing agent to high-speed mixer, heating at 50-60 degrees C, stirring at 500-600 rpm, cooling and stirring for 30-40 minutes.
