NOVELTY - Flexible pressure sensor comprises upper and lower composite electrodes and a dielectric layer. The composite electrode is composed of a composite thin film material (1) and a nano-spiral structure (2). The dielectric layer is a porous material (3). The composite film material is a composite film material with smooth surface formed by mixing graphene oxide solution and silk fibroin solution and suction filtration. The surface of the composite film material is formed with a nano-spiral structure. The outer surfaces of the composite film material and the nano-spiral structure are adhered with a porous material. The lower two electrodes and the dielectric layer are used to form multi-level micro-nano structure of a composite film material, nano spiral structure and composite film material. USE - Flexible pressure sensor with complementary spiral structure used in finger bending detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flexible pressure sensor has excellent flexibility, ductility, and mechanical performance, and high sensitivity, and reduces the electric field intensity between the upper and lower electrodes, and has low cost, good biological compatibility, and ensures precise detection of finger bending, and realizes ultra-sensitive detection of two modes when the finger is bent and finger is close to. The spiral structure of electrode increases the edge area of the electrode, which is helpful to expand more electric field from the electrode plate area outward space, thus realizing sensitive detection of the proximity of the finger. The graphene oxide fibroin composite electrode after laser reduction has excellent mechanical performance. The porous structure of the adhesive tape is helpful for the sensor to change greatly when the sensor is bent.
