NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene electrothermal film comprises subjecting graphene to hydrophilization treatment, adding deionized water, resin and auxiliary agent, uniformly mixing to obtain electric slurry, immersing nonwoven fabric in electric slurry, drying, heating to obtain nonwoven fabric, hot press molding the electric nonwoven fabric, integrally fixing heating sheet to obtain graphene heating layer, adhering the graphene heating layer with heating electrode layer, and adhering the upper and lower surfaces of graphene heating layer by insulating waterproof layer. USE - Preparation of graphene electrothermal film. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene electrothermal film, which has greatly improved flexibility, conductivity and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene electrothermal film comprises subjecting graphene to hydrophilization treatment, adding deionized water, resin and auxiliary agent, uniformly mixing to obtain electric slurry, immersing nonwoven fabric in electric slurry for 10-30 minutes, drying, heating to obtain nonwoven fabric, hot press molding the electric nonwoven fabric, integrally fixing heating sheet to obtain graphene heating layer, adhering the graphene heating layer with heating electrode layer, and adhering the upper and lower surfaces of graphene heating layer by PVC film, polyethylene (PE) film or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film insulating waterproof layer. The heating sheet is prepared by taking 3 pts. wt. graphene, 80-120 pts. wt. solvent, and 1-3 pts. wt. binder, ultrasonically dispersing, extruding the dispersion in at 600-800 ml/hour, solidifying in coagulation liquid at 20-50 degrees C for 120 seconds, and drying to obtain the heating sheet.
