▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Detecting H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus comprises adding antibody A and bovine serum albumin (BSA) with the graphene oxide and connecting an amide bond, to obtain the antibody A-graphene oxide BSA. USE - The method is useful for detecting H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method simply detects the H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus with high sensitivity and specificity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Detecting H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus complex comprising: either oxidizing the graphite alkene, (1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride) (EDC), (N-hydroxysuccinimide) (NHS) and water, activated to obtain activated graphite oxide and activating and oxidizing to obtain the graphite alkene, H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus antibody A, bovine serum albumin and water and then reacting to detect viral antigen of bird flu virus; or utilizing H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus and electrochemical immune sensor, where the electrochemical immune sensor comprises a working electrode, a reference electrode and a counter electrode, the working electrode is prepared by (a) modifying the gold electrode by thiourea, thiourea to obtain modified gold electrode, (b) modifying the obtained gold electrode chloroauric acid by an electrochemical deposition gold nanoparticles to obtain the gold nanoparticle modified thiourea-gold electrode, (c) introducing the gold nanoparticle modified thiourea-gold electrode in the H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus antibody B to obtain B antibody modified gold nanoparticle thiourea-gold electrode and (d) modifying the antibody B gold nano-particle antibody B thiourea-gold nano-gold electrode sealed non-specific active site with BSA to obtain closed thiourea-gold electrode as the working electrode.
