NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/copper nanowire composite film involves mixing prepared copper nanowire dispersion containing copper nanowire with prepared graphene dispersion containing N-methylpyrrolidone to obtain mixed dispersion liquid, depositing mixed dispersion liquid on the metal substrate by electrostatic spray deposition to obtain composite film on metal substrate, separating composite film from metal substrate, drying film and hot pressing dried material. USE - Preparation of graphene/copper nanowire composite film (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/copper nanowire composite film involves (a) dispersing copper nanowire in N-methylpyrrolidone to obtain copper nanowire dispersion, (b) dispersing graphene powder in N-methylpyrrolidone to obtain graphene dispersion, (c) mixing copper nanowire dispersion with graphene dispersion to obtain mixed dispersion liquid, (d) depositing mixed dispersion liquid on the metal substrate by electrostatic spray deposition to obtain composite film on metal substrate, separating composite film from metal substrate, and (e) drying composite film and hot pressing dried material.
