NOVELTY - A functionalized graphene oxide modified core-shell structure acrylate emulsion comprises 41-44 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, 29-31 pts. wt. vinyl versatate, 15-17 pts. wt. isobutyl methacrylate, 9-11 pts. wt. diacetone acrylamide, 0.5-1 pt. wt. acrylic acid, 5.6-7.9 pts. wt. adipic acid hydrazide, 3-19.11 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 0.4-0.5 pt. wt. peroxide initiator, 0.1-0.14 pt. wt. redox initiator, 0.25-0.29 pt. wt. sodium bicarbonate, 6-7 pts. wt. emulsifier and 170-213 pts. wt. water. USE - The functionalized graphene oxide modified core-shell structure acrylate emulsion is used in preparing self-cleaning coating (claimed), preferably building decorative glass surface and glass surface in front of automobile. ADVANTAGE - The product has coating contact angle increased by 49.2%, changes from hydrophilic surface to hydrophobic surface, improves visual sense of rainy day and convenient cleaning and visual definition, and increases safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing functionalized graphene oxide modified core-shell structure acrylate emulsion comprising: (A) adding m70.6-75.3 wt.% ethyl methacrylate, 43.3-46.7 wt.% vinyl versatate and 50-56.25 wt.% isobutyl methacrylate to mixture of 33.47-35.73 wt.% emulsifier and 15.6-17.4 wt.% water, stirring to pre-emulsify to obtain core pre-emulsion, adding remaining methyl methacrylate, remaining vinyl acetate, remaining isobutyl methacrylate, diacetone acrylamide and acrylic acid to 28.79-31.21 wt.% water, and stirring to second pre-emulsify to obtain shell pre-emulsion; (B) mixing remaining emulsifier and 30.92 wt.% water, adding sodium bicarbonate, heating to 70-75 degrees C, adding 0.24-0.26 wt.% peroxide initiator to uniformly mix, dropping 10-15 wt.% core pre-emulsion, heating to 82-86 degrees C to react, dropping remaining core pre-emulsion and 50 wt.% peroxide initiator aqueous solution when blue light appears in reaction container, and preserving temperature and reacting for 1-1.5 hours to obtain core emulsion; and (C) adding aqueous solution of shell pre-emulsion and remaining peroxide initiator into core emulsion, adding modified graphene oxide, keeping temperature and reacting for 1-1.5 hours, cooling to 60-65 degrees C, dripping aqueous solution of redox initiator for heat preservation reaction for 30-40 minutes, cooling to 40-45 degrees C, adjusting pH value to 7-8, adding adipic acid hydrazide and remaining water, heat preservation reaction for 40-50 minutes, cooling at room temperature, and filtering to obtain whey liquid. The peroxide initiator aqueous solution is solution formed by remaining peroxide initiator and 2-2.6 wt.% water.
