NOVELTY - Seismic reinforcement of concrete structures comprises (1) arranging the base surface, (2) drilling anchor holes for fiber anchor installation, (3) applying an adhesive resin to the upper surface of the base surface and (4) attaching the low-shrinkage fiber sheet and the reinforcing panel to the base surface coated with the adhesive resin using a fiber anchor, where the seismic reinforcement construction method including impregnating the fiber sheet with an impregnated resin composition formed by mixing impregnated resin, plastic graphite powder dispersion, shrinkage reducing agent, and curing agent to obtain low shrinkage fiber sheet. The reinforcing panel is formed by surface-stacking a graphene film on low-shrinkage fiber sheet. The method further including mixing graphite powder with water, adding an acid and a plasticizer to stirring and dispersing at the pH of the acid region, and adding alkali to adjust the pH of the neutral region, to obtain plastic graphite powder dispersion. USE - The seismic reinforcement of concrete structures is useful as earthquake-resistant reinforcement of concrete structures i.e. beams, slabs and columns. ADVANTAGE - The seismic reinforcement: has improved strength, durability i.e. bending toughness, abrasion resistance, water resistance, adhesion, tensile strength, and freeze-thaw resistance; and is possible to strengthen the earthquake-resistant performance structurally. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Seismic reinforcement construction method of concrete structures comprises (1) arranging the base surface, (2) drilling anchor holes for fiber anchor installation, (3) applying an adhesive resin to the upper surface of the base surface and (4) attaching the low-shrinkage fiber sheet and the reinforcing panel to the base surface coated with the adhesive resin using a fiber anchor, where the method including impregnating the fiber sheet with an impregnated resin composition formed by mixing 100 pts. wt. impregnated resin, 0.1-10 pts. wt. plastic graphite powder dispersion, 50-300 pts. wt. shrinkage reducing agent, and 8-12 pts. wt. curing agent to obtain low shrinkage fiber sheet. The reinforcing panel is formed by surface-stacking a graphene film on the low-shrinkage fiber sheet. The method further including mixing graphite powder with water, adding an acid and a plasticizer to stirring and dispersing at the pH of the acid region, adding alkali to adjust the pH of the neutral region, to obtain plastic graphite powder dispersion, where the graphite powder content is 0.001-20 wt.% dispersion.
