NOVELTY - Preparing epoxy resin-graphene/graphene oxide composite coating comprises (i) preparing graphene modification solution (1) introducing graphene and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide to 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hours, reacting at 75degrees Celsius for 12 hours, cooling, centrifuging, washing, vacuum drying, obtaining organosilicon-modified graphene powder, (2) introducing organosilicon-modified graphene powder to acetone, (ii) preparing graphene oxide modification solution, (3) photo-grafting reaction of graphene oxide and 4,4'-diazobutyric acid to prepare carboxyl-modified graphene oxide powder, converting carboxyl groups on the surface of graphene oxide modified with carboxyl groups into acid chlorides, preparing amine group-modified graphene oxide powder, (iii) preparing epoxy resin-graphene/graphene oxide composite coating, (5) introducing the amine modified graphene oxide powder to the curing agent and antifoaming agent, and stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparing epoxy resin-graphene/graphene oxide composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the dispersion of graphene and graphene oxide in the epoxy resin system, and improves the flame retardant performance of the epoxy resin coating with improved the strength, toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing epoxy resin-graphene/graphene oxide composite coating comprises (i) preparing graphene modification solution (1) introducing graphene and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide to 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hours, reacting at 75degrees Celsius for 12 hours, cooling, centrifuging, washing, vacuum drying, obtaining organosilicon-modified graphene powder, (2) introducing organosilicon-modified graphene powder to acetone and ultrasonically disperse for 30 minutes to obtain an organosilicon-modified graphene dispersion, (ii) preparing graphene oxide modification solution, (3) Photo-grafting reaction of graphene oxide and 4,4'-diazobutyric acid to prepare carboxyl-modified graphene oxide powder, converting carboxyl groups on the surface of graphene oxide modified with carboxyl groups into acid chlorides, preparing amine group-modified graphene oxide powder by the reaction of acid chloride and epoxy group with amine group, (iii) preparing epoxy resin-graphene/graphene oxide composite coating (4) introducing silicone modified graphene dispersion to epoxy resin and mixed solvent, and ultrasonically dispersing for 30 minutes to obtain component A; (5) introducing the amine modified graphene oxide powder to the curing agent and antifoaming agent, and ultrasonically stirring for 2 hours, obtain component B, stirring for 10 minutes, epoxy resin-graphene/graphene oxide composite coating was obtained after vacuuming for 10 minutes.
