NOVELTY - The sensor has a flexible substrate made of biocompatibility polyethylene terephthalate or polydimethylsiloxane material. An electrode and a metal connecting line are formed with a conductive silver paste or conductive ink. A reference resistance layer is made of graphite powder and polyurethane elastomer composite material, where total mass percentage of graphene in the material is determined about 5% to 30% and thickness is about 10 to 200 microns. The resistance layer is silver, copper and platinum or palladium, where thickness of the resistance layer is determined about 5 to 200 microns. USE - Flexible graphene composite material wire-screen printing pressure sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is thin and soft, and has strong wearable and better stretching deformation property.
