NOVELTY - Positive pole piece comprises positive current collector layer, carbon-coated layer, active material layer, and fast ion layer. The carbon-coated layer, active material layer, and fast ion layer are sequentially arranged on surface of the positive electrode current collector layer. The carbon-coated layer includes conductive agent and binder. The active material layer includes lithium composite metal oxide active material, conductive agent and binder. The fast ion layer includes fast ion conductor material, conductive agent and binder. USE - Positive pole piece for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The positive pole piece has high ion conductivity and electronic conductivity, improves surface resistance of the positive pole piece and reduce internal resistance of a battery. The pole piece improves low temperature discharge performance of the battery, multiplying power performance and cycle performance of the battery and reduces EIS impedance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing lithium ion battery positive pole piece, which involves mixing conductive agent and binder to prepare a slurry, coating on surface of the positive electrode current collector, and coating carbon layer, mixing lithium composite metal oxide active material, conductive agent and binder to prepare slurry, and coating on the surface of the carbon-coated layer to prepare coated positive pole piece containing the active material layer and carbon-coated layer, mixing fast ion conductor material, conductive agent and binder to prepare slurry, and coating on the surface of the active material layer to prepare coated positive electrode sheet containing the fast ion layer, active material layer and carbon-coated layer and rolling positive pole piece coated to obtain rolled positive pole piece; and (2) a lithium ion battery, which comprises positive pole piece.
