▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Medium-strength and high heat-conducting titanium-based composite material, comprises a reinforcing body and a pure titanium substrate. The reinforcing body is generated by in-situ self-generating reaction of the composite phase and the pure titanium substrate. The size of the reinforcing body is 10 nm to 10 µm, the size of the pure titanium substrate is 10 to 50 µm. The volume fraction of the reinforcing body is 1-4%. The yield strength of the medium-strength high heat-conducting titanium-based composite material is 605-750 MPa. The thermal conductivity at 100℃ is 15.5-19 W/(m.K), and the elongation is 10-18 %. USE - Medium-strength and high heat-conducting titanium-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple preparation process and low cost of raw materials.
