NOVELTY - A lightweight modified nylon material comprises 100-120 pts. wt. nylon resin, 6-8 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 14-18 pts. wt. polyurethane-graphene composite lightweight foam filler, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-4 pts. wt. nano-bamboo fiber, and 1-2 pts. wt. calcium sulfate whisker. USE - Lightweight modified nylon material for automobile plastic. ADVANTAGE - The lightweight modified nylon material for automobile plastic has excellent mechanical property, and high temperature resistance, and less density, and weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of lightweight modified nylon material for automobile plastic, which involves (i) uniformly mixing inorganic filler, polyurethane-graphene composite lightweight foam filler, nano-bamboo fiber, and coupling agent to obtain a mixture, (ii) mixing nylon resin, mixture, polyethylene wax, antioxidant, and calcium sulfate whisker, melting, and granulating with a twin-screw extruder at 250-270 degrees C.
