NOVELTY - Antibacterial fabric with lasting antibacterial and deodorizing function, comprises antibacterial deodorant composite yarn which is woven to form fabric. The antibacterial deodorant composite yarn comprises long stapled cotton single yarn, antibacterial deodorant terylene yarn, and Spandex(Synthetic fabric); the long stapled cotton single count yarn, antibacterial deodorant terylene yarn, Spandex(Synthetic fabric) number ratio is (16-24): (48-64): (16-24); the antibacterial deodorant terylene yarn is prepared by the master batch spinning method; the antibacterial deodorant terylene filament is prepared using 100 pts. wt. resin polyester, 5-10 pts. wt. antibacterial and deodorizing composite master batch; the antibacterial and deodorant composite master batch which is mainly prepared using 100 pts. wt. polyester resin, and 20-40 pts. wt. antibacterial deodorant porous material. USE - Antibacterial fabric for antibacterial socks. ADVANTAGE - The long stapled cotton single yarn in antibacterial and deodorant composite yarn improves the whole skin-friendly property and wearing comfort, the Spandex(Synthetic fiber) improves the elasticity and resilience of the whole body. The use of graphene improves the antistatic performance of the application, so as to improve the wearing comfort. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a processing technique of antibacterial fabric with lasting antibacterial and deodorizing function comprising preparation of antibacterial deodorant terylene yarn, long stapled cotton yarn, preparation of Spandex(Synthetic fiber), the antibacterial deodorant terylene yarn, long stapled cotton single yarn, Spandex(Synthetic fiber) to obtain antibacterial deodorant composite yarn; processing antibacterial and deodorizing composite yarn through warp knitting machine into semi-finished antibacterial sock; after finishing the semifinished antibacterial socks, obtaining the finished product antibacterial socks; the whole antibacterial deodorant liquid used after finishing treatment is prepared by 100 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane, 5-10 pts. wt. porous mineral powder, 1-3 pts. wt. 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH550) silane coupling agent, 120-200 pts. wt. deionized water, 3-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 2-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. pH regulator; the whole antibacterial deodorant liquid is sprayed on the antibacterial socks, where the spraying amount is 10-25g/m2.
