NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial nano-graphene oxide coated titanium dioxide acrylic resin comprises e.g. (1) adding 90-95 pts. wt. water and 2-3 pts. wt. titanium dioxide to reaction kettle at one time, dispersing for 15-20 minutes under 600-800 W ultrasonic conditions, and adding 50 pts. wt. polydiethylene dimethyl propylene ammonium chloride, stirring for 3 hours to obtain polydiethylene dimethyl propylene ammonium chloride-treated titanium dioxide nano particle slurry, (2) processing polydiethylene dimethyl propylene ammonium chloride-treated titanium dioxide nano particle slurry by dynamic ultra-high pressure micro-jet technology, the processing pressure is 160-180 MPa, processing for 3-4 times, and the temperature is normal temperature to obtain a highly dispersed titanium dioxide nano particle slurry, (3) spray embedding the high-speed dispersion of titanium dioxide nano particle slurry, one-step spray is graphene oxide having mass fraction of 3%, the spray flow rate is 20 ml/minutes. USE - The preparing antibacterial nano-graphene oxide coated titanium dioxide acrylic resin is useful in environmentally friendly resin automotive coatings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: prevents agglomeration of titanium dioxide, increased its specific surface area, makes nano iron oxide evenly distributed on surface of acrylic resin coating, improves flexibility and adhesion of acrylic resin during film formation, impact resistance and its photo-catalytic sterilization efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing antibacterial nano-graphene oxide coated titanium dioxide acrylic resin comprises Step (1) adding 90-95 pts. wt. water and 2-3 pts. wt. titanium dioxide to reaction kettle at one time, dispersing for 15-20 minutes under 600-800 W ultrasonic conditions, and adding 50 pts. wt. polydiethylene dimethyl propylene ammonium chloride, stirring for 3 hours to obtain polydiethylene dimethyl propylene ammonium chloride-treated titanium dioxide nano particle slurry, (2) processing polydiethylene dimethyl propylene ammonium chloride-treated titanium dioxide nano particle slurry by dynamic ultra-high pressure micro-jet technology, the processing pressure is 160-180 MPa, processing for 3-4 times, and the temperature is normal temperature to obtain a highly dispersed titanium dioxide nano particle slurry, (3) spray embedding the high-speed dispersion of titanium dioxide nano particle slurry, one-step spray is graphene oxide having mass fraction of 3%, the spray flow rate is 20 ml/minutes, the mass fraction of the high-speed dispersed titanium dioxide nano particle slurry is 2%, and the spray flow rate is 20 ml/minutes, the two-step spray is amino acid having mass fraction of 5%, the spray flow rate is 20 ml/minutes, and using hot air for drying at 180 degrees C to prepare double-layer core-shell embedded titanium dioxide nano particles, (4) adding 40-50 pts. wt. hydroxy-containing acrylic monomer, 20-30 pts. wt. carboxy acrylate, 10-20 pts. wt. hydroxy acrylate, and 10-20 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl acrylate into reactor at one time the mixture of ester, heating 0.3 pts. wt. 2,2'-azobis(2-(2-imidazolin-2-yl)propane) dihydrochloride initiator, and 0.7 pts. wt. alpha -(t-butylperoxymethyl)styrene chain transfer agent to 100 degrees C at a constant temperature, and maintaining high-speed dispersion state for 10-20 minutes to prepare an acrylic resin system, (5) adding 2-4 pts. wt. double-layer core-shell embedded titanium dioxide nano particles to 95-97 pts. wt. acrylic resin system, and adding 0.3 pts. wt. 2,2'-azobis(2-(2-imidazolin-2-yl)propane) dihydrochloride initiator, 0.7 pts. wt. alpha -(t-butylperoxymethyl)styrene chain transfer agent, reacting at 60-75 degrees C for 60-120 minutes to prepare antibacterial nano-graphene oxide clad titanium dioxide acrylic resin material, and (6) treating material in a strong magnetic field of 2-3 T for 60-120 minutes, maintaining at 40-50 degrees C, filtering out material, and cooling to obtain antibacterial nano-graphene oxide coated titanium dioxide acrylic resin.
