▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrochemical aptamer sensor comprises polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, graphene, glassy carbon electrode, nano gold particle and gene fragment. The molecular weight of the polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is 100,000-200,000. The graphene is a product of graphene oxide reduced by hydrazine hydrate but is not limited to reduced graphene oxide. USE - Electrochemical aptamer sensor for detecting OH-PCB106. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical aptamer sensor is successfully applied to the detection of hydroxypolychlorinated biphenyls in water samples. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the electrochemical aptamer sensor, which involves: (1) immobilizing polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride modified graphene on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode; (2) modifying nano gold particles to the electrode surface; (3) immobilizing thiol-modified aptamer that can specifically recognize hydroxypolychlorinated biphenyl 106 (OH-PCB106) on the surface of the modified glassy carbon electrode; (4) preparing electrochemical aptamer sensor for the detection of OH-PCB106.
