▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A method for improving stab resistance of aramid non-woven fabric by modified aqueous polyurethane adhesive involves modifying aqueous polyurethane resin adhesive using graphene as modifier to prepare modified adhesive by physical or chemical method, dispersing graphene in water or organic solvents such as methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and dimethylformamide (DMF), mixing and stirring a dispersion liquid and polyurethane aqueous solution to obtain modified aqueous polyurethane adhesive, and gluing aramid fibers using gluing device in the weaving process of the aramid non-woven fabric. USE - Method for improving stab resistance of aramid non-woven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the tensile breaking strength of the aramid fiber, such that the finished product of the fabric has excellent shear resistance. The number of layers of the aramid non-woven fabric and weight are reduced, and the fabric is lightweight and soft. The production cost is reduced.
