▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite material comprises iron nitro-phthalocyanine and graphene at a ratio of 1:0.5-2. USE - The composite material is useful as a cathode catalyst of a direct methanol fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent catalytic activity, catalytic stability and methanol resistance property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing a composite material comprising dissolving ferrous chloride tetrahydrate and 4-nitrophthalonitrile in n-amyl alcohol, adding 1,8-diazabicycloundec-7-ene, vacuumizing the mixture for 3 times under nitrogen gas atmosphere, reacting at 160 degrees C for 6 hours, carrying out vacuum filtration for the reacted mixture, washing the filtrate with distilled water and then with acetone until the pH value of filtrate is 7, vacuum drying the filtrate at 40-50 degrees C for 10 hours to obtain iron nitro-phthalocyanine, dispersing graphene in N,N-dimethyl formamide, adding iron nitro-phthalocyanine, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction at 160 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain iron nitro-phthalocyanine/graphene composite, where the ratio of ferrous chloride tetrahydrate, 4-nitrophthalonitrile and 1,8-diazabicycloundec-7-ene is 1:0.5-2:948-949, and the ratio of iron nitro-phthalocyanine, graphene and N,N-dimethyl formamide is 1:0.5-2:948-949.
