▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength flame-retardant wood with flame warning function comprises (a) soaking the wood in a sodium chlorite solution at 60-100°C for delignification treatment, rinsing the treated wood with deionized water and ethanol, freeze-drying to obtain delignified wood, (b) uniformly dispersing boric acid and graphene oxide in deionized water, impregnating the delignified wood in the graphene oxide/boric acid mixed treatment solution, in the mixed treatment solution, completely penetrating only boric acid alone into wood, while the graphene oxide/boric acid mixture is mainly loaded on the surface of wood to form a flame retardant early warning coating, (c) placing the impregnated wood in an oven at to dry to evaporate excess water, continuously coating boric acid/graphene mixed solution on the surface of the treated material, and drying, which can be cycled many times, (d) placing the wood in the radial direction under the hot press for compaction and hot pressing. USE - Preparation method of high-strength flame-retardant wood with flame warning function. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple processing technique, and improves the mechanical strength and flame retardance of the wood.
