NOVELTY - Graphene heating wall panels comprises substrate, graphene film, surface decoration material. The substrate includes upper substrate, lower substrate. The graphene film is sandwiched between upper substrate and lower substrate. The surface decoration material is attached to the upper surface of the upper substrate and also includes glass fiber mesh cloth. The glass fiber mesh cloth has two layers respectively pasted on the upper and lower surfaces of the graphene film. The two electrode access ports are installed at the lower end of the graphene film, and upper substrate and lower substrate are integrally formed. USE - Graphene heating wallboard for building. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heating wall panels has excellent protective performance and mechanical property, fixes graphene film between the upper base material and lower base material without rolling and sticking the graphene film, avoids graphene film to be damaged in the rolling process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene heating wall panels, which involves: (A) forming slurry, adding to the mixing equipment, adding magnesium oxide powder, magnesium chloride brine, sulfite wood pulp, plant fiber, kaolin powder, fast sol powder, water, modified agent, stirring until paste-like slurry is formed, adding slurry to the plate-making mold to prepare lower substrate, pasting layer of glass fiber mesh on the upper and lower surfaces of the graphene film and then spreading on lower substrate, width of the graphene film is less than the width of the lower substrate, adding slurry to the upper surface of the graphene film to prepare upper substrate to obtain preliminary finished wallboard, placing primary finished wall panels into the curing room for two maintenance, cutting, sanding, cutting to length; and (B) slotting finished wallboard after curing to get finished wallboard.
