DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of metal oxide/graphene composite material, which involves dissolving group IIIA metal oxide, group IVA metal oxide and group VA in deionized water or organic solvent, obtaining mixed solution, adding hydrazine hydrate and alkaline regulator, heating, cooling, washing using deionized water and drying.
