NOVELTY - Extrusion molding of graphene-modified polyethylene high intensity composite thin product comprises (i) adding polyethylene and graphene into a double-screw extruder, mixing and blending in the extruder, extruding and granulating to obtain graphene-modified polyethylene blend granule, (ii) adding the graphene-modified polyethylene blend granule into a thin product extruder, extruding and molding. USE - The method is useful for extrusion molding of graphene-modified polyethylene high intensity composite thin product (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Extrusion molding of graphene-modified polyethylene high intensity composite thin product comprises (i) adding polyethylene and graphene into a double-screw extruder, mixing and blending in the extruder, extruding and granulating to obtain graphene-modified polyethylene blend granule, (ii) adding the graphene-modified polyethylene blend granule into a thin product extruder, extruding and molding, where the feeding section temperature of the extruder is 120-170 degrees C, the compressing section temperature is 170-250 degrees C, the homogenizing section temperature is 170-250 degrees C, the extruder is provided with conical or hyperboloid-shape structure, the mold of the extruder is flat rectangular mold, the mold height is 50 mm, the mold width is 100-3000 mm, the width and height ratio is 20-1000, the material through hole temperature is 160-260 degrees C, the speed is 5-80 m/minute and the material cooling velocity of the mold is 2-40 degrees C/minute.
