▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The conductive paste has carbon nanomaterials (10) having a higher-order structure (20) by multiple hydrogen bonds between carbon nanomaterials by introducing a functional group capable of multiple hydrogen bonding. The conductive paste is mixed with the carbon nanomaterial having the higher-order structure and the nickel nanopowder (30). The nickel nanopowder includes a surface treatment layer (32) containing chitosan or a derivative. The carbon nanomaterial including mixed carbon nanomaterial and nickel nanopowder is selected from carbon nanotubes, carbon fibers, graphene, and carbon black. USE - Conductive paste used in formation of electric circuits or external electrodes of ceramic capacitors. ADVANTAGE - The conductive paste ensures sufficient bonding strength with the nickel nanopowder by treating the surface of the nickel nano powder.
