NOVELTY - High heat-conducting graphene- beta cyclodextrin grafted polyurethane material comprises polycaprolactone, 4,4'-methylene bis(phenyl isocyanate), small molecule chain extender, dibutyl tin dilaurate, carboxy beta cyclodextrin-modified graphene in a mass ratio of 100:20-30:4-7:0.5-1.2:0.2-2. USE - Used as high heat-conducting graphene- beta cyclodextrin grafted polyurethane material. ADVANTAGE - The material enhances the thermal stability and heat resistance of polyurethane, improves the interface compatibility of graphene and polyurethane, and improves the thermal conductivity and heat resistance of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high heat-conducting graphene- beta cyclodextrin grafted polyurethane material, comprising (i) adding thionyl chloride and carboxylated graphene into anhydrous N,N-dimethylformamide solvent in a nitrogen atmosphere, performing ultrasonic dispersion uniformly, placing in a constant temperature water bath and heating to 70-90 degrees C, and reacting for 20-30 hours; (ii) drying the reaction solution in vacuum, adding anhydrous N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, performing ultrasonic dispersion uniformly, adding hydroxypropyl- beta -cyclodextrin and triethylamine, heating to 70-90 degrees C, and reacting for 18-36 hours, performing centrifugal separation, washing and drying to obtain beta -cyclodextrin modified graphene; (iii) adding beta -cyclodextrin modified graphene and maleic anhydride into N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, dispersing uniformly by ultrasonic and heating to 70-100 degrees , reacting for 6-24 hours, washing and drying to obtain carboxy beta -cyclodextrin-modified graphene; and (iv) adding carboxy beta cyclodextrin-modified graphene into N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, adding polycaprolactone and 4,4'-methylene bis(phenyl isocyanate) after uniform ultrasonic dispersion, and heating to 60-70 degrees C, stirring, adding small molecule chain extender and dibutyltin dilaurate, reacting for 1-2 hours, pouring the solution into the mold and carrying out the pressure curing process in the plate vulcanizer, adding into the oven for heating and curing process.
