▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves preparing an array structure of a rectangular pyramid pit on a surface of a copper-based graphene substrate, depositing a zinc oxide (ZnO) film on a surface of an array structure of the rectangular pyramid pit of the copper-based graphene substrate, sputtering gold nano-particles to the surface of the ZnO film to obtain a self-cleaning composite surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate. USE - Method for preparing self-cleaning composite surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate used in surface science, analysis science and biological science. ADVANTAGE - The composite SERS substrate can realize self-cleaning function, overcomes the defect that the traditional SERS substrates is poor in recovery, and improves the SERS substrate Raman detection efficiency.
