▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of enhanced polycarboxylic water reducer involves reacting polyether monomer and graphene oxide at 70-80 degrees C under catalytic action of p-toluenesulfonic acid for 5-8 hours to obtain modified polyether monomer, adding modified polyether monomer and water into reactor to be fully dissolved, irradiating under ultraviolet light, adding first solution and second solution in drops at constant speed within 1-2 hours to carry out polymerization reaction, carrying out constant-temperature reaction for 0.8-1.2 hour after dropwise addition is completed and adding sodium hydroxide solution to carry out neutralization until the pH value is equal to 6-7. USE - Preparation of enhanced polycarboxylic water reducer. ADVANTAGE - The preparation has rapid reaction speed, no heating, narrow molecular weight distribution, is economical, simple, has easy industrial production, increases reaction rate, rapid polymerization and high product conversion rate. The prepared polycarboxylic water-reducer is stable, molecular structure is comb structure and main chain contains polar groups. The nitrogen-containing group in the side chain has excellent dispersion in the concrete, improves early and late strength of the concrete, has excellent work performance, excellent durability, low bleeding rate and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The first solution is an aqueous solution of photoinitiator and molecular weight regulator. The second solution is an aqueous solution of an unsaturated acid and an unsaturated amide monomer. The mass ratio of polyether monomer, graphene oxide and p-toluenesulfonic acid is 100:5-10:3-5. The wavelength of the ultraviolet light is 220-350mm, irradiation intensity is 50-100W/m2. The mass ratio of modified polyether monomer, unsaturated acid and unsaturated amide monomer is 100:10-20:3-5. The amount of photoinitiator is 2-5% of the total mass of modified polyether monomer and unsaturated amide monomer. The amount of molecular weight modifier is 0.5-2% of the total mass of the modified polyether monomer and the unsaturated amide monomer. The polyether monomer is allyl polyoxyethylene ether, methallyl polyoxyethylene ether or isopentenyl polyoxyethylene ether. The unsaturated acid is acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, itaconic acid or maleic acid. The unsaturated amide monomers is N-butoxy acrylamide, N,N-dimethyl(meth)acrylamide and N,N-dimethylbisacrylamide. The total amount of water mentioned above is such that the concentration of the reinforced polycarboxylic acid water reducer produced is 45-55%.
