▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A carbon nanohorn-containing heat-dissipating film comprises a material with carbon nanohorn structure, a material with graphene structure, and binding polymer. The material with carbon nanohorn structure and the material with graphene structure are dispersed on the binding polymer and combined with the binding polymer. USE - Carbon nanohorn-containing heat-dissipating film used for forming heat dissipation structure of electronic product and battery product (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon nanohorns and graphene are dispersed together and combined by the binding polymer, which can form a thermal conduction path between the carbon nanohorns and the graphene, rapidly dissipate heat from one point, and improve its heat dissipation efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the heat dissipation film, which involves (1) controllably reducing graphene oxide to obtain partially reduced graphene oxide, (2) carrying out controllable oxidation of carbon nanohorns to obtain partially oxidized carbon nanohorns, (3) dispersing the partially reduced graphene oxide obtained in step (1) and the partially oxidized carbon nanohorn obtained in step (2) in ethanol to obtain a dispersion (I), (4) diluting the polyamic acid to a concentration of 8-10 wt.% with a mixed solvent of pyrrolidone and ethanol to obtain a dispersion (II), (5) obtaining the polyamic acid film with the dispersion liquid (II) on the base coating film, then spraying the dispersion liquid (I) and depositing on the polyamic acid film by spraying, and obtaining the heat dissipation film formed on the base after heating for thermal cyclization. The substrate is a silicon substrate. The thickness of the polyamic acid film is 1-2 μm.
