NOVELTY - Catalytic oxidation preparation of high quality graphene comprises mixing graphite with ferrous ion (Fe2+) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) mixed solution by mechanical stirring, ultrasonic treatment or UV irradiation to obtain pre-processed graphite product, filtering and washing; placing in intercalation agent solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, filtering and washing; repeating steps to obtain multilayer graphene; carrying out integrated filtering, and washing and drying; putting dried product in reducing protection atmosphere for deoxidation and reduction. USE - Method for catalytic oxidation preparing high quality graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has mild reaction condition, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, and high yield.
