NOVELTY - An adhesive preparing method involves adding zirconium oxide into aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide nanosheets and stirring the mixture mechanically to obtain mixed solution, where weight ratio of zirconium oxide and graphene oxide is 0.5-4:1. The mixed solution is sprayed into liquid nitrogen dispersed with germanium antimony tellurium phase-change powder and freeze-dried to obtain microspheres, where mass ratio of graphene oxide and germanium antimony tellurium phase-change powder is 3:1. 10-30 pts. wt. microspheres, 10-30 pts. wt. resin, 5-20 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 0-10 pts. wt. modifying agent and 50-80 pts. wt. diluting agent are mixed to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparing adhesive that is utilized for binding electrodes of lithium batteries. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the adhesive with excellent conductivity and flame retardant property at high temperature, reducing battery attenuation and cycle performance, overcoming thermal shock to release thermal shock after binding electrodes of lithium battery and relieving crystal transition stress and volume crack of electrode due to high temperature.
