NOVELTY - An acrylic resin powder coating comprises 10-30 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 14-20 pts. wt. filler, 17-22 pts. wt. solvent, 2-6 pts. wt. paraffin, 4-12 pts. wt. graphene, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 3-6 pts. wt. dimethylbenzene, 3-8 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 2-5 pts. wt. ethylene glycol diethyl ether, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 10-20 pts. wt. basalt powder, and balance deionized water. USE - An acrylic resin powder coating used for interior decoration (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has improved intensity, electrical insulation, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, weather resistance, water resistance, contamination resistance, and chemical resistance. It is permeable, waterproof, and cracking resistant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the acrylic resin powder coating, comprising: (A) dry mixing filler, solvent, paraffin, and graphene; grinding to 30 um; and sieving by 1500-mesh screen; (B) adding deionized water to basalt powder, high-speed stirring at 100-120 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 10-15 minutes, standing for 10 minutes, and taking supernatant; (C) adding deionized water to a stirring tank; gradually adding dispersant, antifoaming agent, dimethylbenzene, ethyl acetate, ethylene glycol diethyl ether, and leveling agent; high speed dispersing for 30-50 minutes; and adding aqueous acrylic emulsion to a stirring tank, and uniformly stirring; (D) adding deionized water to the stirring tank, adding supernatant, and uniformly stirring; and (E) low-temperature evaporating the aqueous solution of the mixture.
