▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A transparent conductive film preparing method involves dissolving zinc acetate hydrate in alcohol solution. Diethanolamine is added to water bath. Aluminum nitrate hydrate is added to water bath. Homogeneous solution is maintained and aged. Graphene-like carbon nitride is dispersed in zinc oxide sol-gel. Glass sheet as substrate is cleaned and immersed in hydrofluoric acid. The glass sheet is washed with distilled water, acetone and absolute ethyl alcohol and dried. The glass sheet is placed on a spin coater and coated followed by drying, pre-sintering and annealing glass sheets. USE - Method for preparing transparent conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the transparent conductive film in a simple manner, with low cost, better reproducibility, unique performance and improved carrier concentration and mobility rate, without transmittance effect and reducing photocurrent enhanced resistivity from 1/15 to 1/20. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A transparent conductive film preparing method involves dissolving certain amount of zinc acetate hydrate in an alcohol solution. Equimolar diethanolamine as stabilizer is added to water bath at 50-100 degrees C for 0.5-5 hours to obtain uniform transparent solution. Certain amount of aluminum nitrate hydrate is added to water bath for 0.5-5 hours till transparent homogeneous solution is formed. The homogeneous solution is maintained and aged for 12-24 hours. Graphene-like carbon nitride is dispersed in zinc oxide sol-gel ultrasonically. Glass sheet as substrate is cleaned with distilled water ultrasonically for 5-20 minutes and immersed in certain concentration of hydrofluoric acid for a period of time. The glass sheet is washed with distilled water, acetone and absolute ethyl alcohol and dried. The glass sheet is placed on a spin coater and coated with a certain coating speed followed by drying glass sheet in oven, pre-sintering glass sheet in a muffle furnace and annealing glass sheets.
