▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Rapidly preparing titanium aluminum carbon ceramics at room temperature comprises dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water, adding L-ascorbic acid, controlling the temperature to 80-120 degrees C after stirring, sufficiently reducing the reaction to form a graphene hydrogel having a uniform structure, drying and dehydrating the graphene hydrogel to obtain a graphene aerogel having a large porosity and a large specific surface area, uniformly mixing graphene aerogel, titanium powder and aluminum powder, pressing the obtained mixed powder into a blank, using a platinum plate as an electrode and a graphite column as a pressure contact to perform a flash sintering process to obtain a dense and uniform titanium aluminum carbon ceramic. USE - The method is useful for preparing titanium aluminum carbon ceramics at room temperature. ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts graphene assisted flash-sintering technology; is simple and has high efficiency. The ceramic has high purity and uniform grain size.
