NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial antistatic graphene viscose yarn comprises (i) preparing graphene dye paste (a) adding 0.5-15% S type high temperature disperse dye, 0.3-4% graphene oxide powder, 5-10% dispersant, 0-2% cosolvent, 0.1-2% thickening agent, 0.05%-2% antifoaming agent, and water (remaining), (b) placing components in a shearing, dispersing mixer, dispersing and stirring to obtain a uniform mixture, (c) injecting mixture with uniform dispersion and stirring into ceramic nano-grinding machine for vacuum grinding, stopping grinding to obtain a graphene dye color paste after particle size reaches 300 nm; (ii) adding 1:4-10 weight ratio of graphene dye color paste and viscous collagen liquid respectively into the heat preservation mixer through the automatic metering and adjusting injection pump, mixing and sending to pressure plate balance container; (iii) wet spinning mixture; and (iv) washing, performing desulfurization, bleaching, pickling, oiling, drying, twisting, and winding. USE - The method is useful for preparing antibacterial antistatic graphene viscose yarn. ADVANTAGE - The yarn has uniform and stable performance, durable, high color fastness, safer and healthier for the human body.
