NOVELTY - Graphene conductive paint comprises 40-45 wt.% water-soluble resin and curing agent, 20-28 wt.% modified polyaniline composite graphene, 0.5-2 wt.% thickening agent, 1.5-2.5 wt.% cross-linking coupling agent, 0.5-3 wt.% dispersing agent, 0.1-1 wt.% antifoaming agent, 0.1-1 wt.% leveling agent and deionized water (balance amount), where preparation method of modified polyaniline composite graphene comprises e.g. (i) mixing peanut shell, melamine and 0.8-1.5 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution in a mass ratio of 1-1.3:1.0-1.5:50, making uniform slurry, diluting 2-3 times with water, stirring evenly, discarding bottom layer precipitate to obtain biomass dispersion, (ii) mixing biomass dispersion with graphene oxide solution to obtain reaction solution, reacting hydrothermally at 15-18 degrees C and 180-200 degrees C, dialyzing to obtain modified graphene dispersion, and (iii) polymerizing aniline in modified graphene dispersion to obtain final product. USE - Used as graphene conductive paint. ADVANTAGE - The graphene conductive paint: has excellent storage stability, electrical conductivity, adhesion, impact resistance and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene conductive paint comprises 40-45 wt.% water-soluble resin and curing agent, 20-28 wt.% modified polyaniline composite graphene, 0.5-2 wt.% thickening agent, 1.5-2.5 wt.% cross-linking coupling agent, 0.5-3 wt.% dispersing agent, 0.1-1 wt.% antifoaming agent, 0.1-1 wt.% leveling agent and deionized water (balance amount), where preparation method of modified polyaniline composite graphene comprises (i) mixing peanut shell, melamine and 0.8-1.5 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution in a mass ratio of 1-1.3:1.0-1.5:50, making uniform slurry, diluting 2-3 times with water, stirring evenly, discarding bottom layer precipitate to obtain biomass dispersion, (ii) mixing biomass dispersion with graphene oxide solution to obtain reaction solution, reacting hydrothermally at 15-18 degrees C and 180-200 degrees C, dialyzing to obtain modified graphene dispersion, where biomass in reaction solution is 3-4 mg/ml and content of graphene oxide is 0.5-2 mg/ml, and (iii) polymerizing aniline in modified graphene dispersion to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene conductive paint comprising mixing water-soluble resin, modified graphene polyaniline composite, thickening agent, crosslinking coupling agent, dispersing agent and deionized water uniformly, adding antifoaming agent and leveling agent and mixing evenly, and packing curing agent separately.
